Moving into a new Apartment

Admit it or not, moving into a new house is pretty exciting because there will be new things coming our way into that place but moving in is stressful and tiring at the same time. It is frustrating to imagine the hours we are gonna spend packing our things up and the hassle of carrying our things and transferring it to the new place.

Moving into a new house and new place is not that easy. You have to cope up with new faces, learn the basic traditions in the place and conforming to their rules. It is so important if you came from a very liberal or different country. Where is Our Mailbox?

Nah, we don't have a mailbox outside our house so there is no need to worry about. Here in Manila, some people's houses doesn't have their mailboxes unlike the ones in the US. You might want to know where do the postman put the letters or parcels if there is no mailbox. Well they are just knocking on the door or gate and lend the letters or parcels. It's easy as one two three though. ;)

The first problem would be the thief. There are bunch of bad guys roaming here waiting for their perfect timing to get something so a mailbox will give them what they want. Helping my friend in California

My friend from San Diego, California chatted with me on facebook and she was very pissed with her laptop because it has a malicious software that is making it slower that usual. She said that she got the software on her computer class when she tried to get something using her flash drive. Since I am an IT student, I tried to give her different method to remove the effect of the software but nothing happened though. I guess I can't fix a laptop without touching it and see the main problem.

I advised her to go and consult san diego virus removal because I know that there are lots of IT experts in her area right? Consultation might not that cheap as she thought but as long as she fixed her laptop right?

My Dream Bathroom

I often go to public places like malls and I must say that I am checking their comfort rooms and I am comparing each of them. The worst bathroom or CR that I have used was the one in bus station. It is usually composed of foul odors and the environment is not that welcoming. The truth is I can't stay there for 5 minutes believe me!


When it comes to the decent bathrooms or comfort rooms, the CR in Bonifacio High Street is very good. I have been there last Saturday and have used their CR twice and I was impressed. There is always a man cleaning it and they are not leaving it with foul odor or inappropriate things. So I am giving them a 2 thumbs up!


The bathroom of Manila Grand Opera Hotel is also amazing. I have been there last August for our Acquaintance Party and have used their comfort room for like more than 5 times. The ambiance was so cool and it was so elegant. I want that one for my dream house maybe 5 or 8 years from now. :p

My Dream Green Home

Me and my friends were eating our lunch somewhere in Dapitan and we talked something about our dream house after seeing the wall of the canteen. It is made up of green bamboos. I am sure that the bamboos that used on the wall are still fresh because there are still all green. I said to my friends that I want that one for my dream house. 

I know that a house that is made up of woods are not that popular nowadays because people are looking for a modern designs for their home like metal furnitures and the like. They also prefer using a wall made up of cement because it is more durable and strong enough that will surely last for years.

But I am not one of them. Yes, I am an IT student and I want to be an IT professional someday. I appreciate technology and I am thanking every inventions that was made. But sometimes, we need to let go of modern things and start to embrace a little bit of the past. So I prefer wooden and green home for me and my future family.

Winter in the Philippines

I really can't wait for the Christmas season because I know that there are a lot of good things will unveil during this time. My mom and her beloved sister are planning a vacation trip for the whole family including my grandma and grandpa. I know this trip will be awesome! We will be going to Baguio City to spend our New Year there I guess.

My Dream: A White Christmas in the Philippines

December up to middle of February are the coldest month here in the Philippines but apparently, there is no snow. But I am wishing and dreaming for a white Christmas for us Filipinos. I mean it is so cool and fun playing on a white and fluffy snow flakes on the ground. It would be awesome to make my very own snowman with a nose of a carrot. I would also make fun with my friends and we will throw snowballs with each other. *Sigh*

Winter is also a good season to be fashionable. We can wear layers of dress and we can just mix and match until we find the perfect match. I remember last February when the temperature fell to 16 degree celcius (well that is pretty cold for our tropical skin). People here in Manila wore layers of shirt including their fashionable jackets. Well I was one of them. I wore my emo and black hoodie (jacket with a hood) at that time. It feels good. I wonder if someone would wear a Russian Ushanka Fur Hat. But hey! I probably wear that one since I am craving for a beanie because that is one of the IN things today.

5-Star Bathroom

I never thought that there is this place called "5-star Bathroom" just like a "5-star Hotel". I saw this kind of thing in a Chinese fast food chain here in SM Manila when me and my friends went and took our lunch there.


When I went to their bathroom, I saw a note that says "5-Star Bathroom". I got curious and opened the door to take a look of it. Want to know what I have seen? A simple and typical restroom/bathroom. Nothing is unique so I am still wondering why they call it a 5-star bathroom.


For me, a 5-star bathroom is where I can stay all day and have the feeling as if I am hanging out in our living room. The scent is good and enchanting. The surroundings are inviting and calming. there are plants in every corner and has a high-quality materials or furnitures. 

Maybe the fast food chain that I am talking about needs to redesign their bathroom and look for better bathroom suites to satisfy and justify their claims. There are so many other ways to redesign your bathrooms in your home and you can always buy some materials to satisfy your needs.

We Want Lockers!

Back in my high school days, I never experienced to have a locker in my school. But because of lack of fund, the principal cannot give us money to buy lockers for the students which is kind of disappointing. School Lockers are very important for students because it will be the storage for our excess baggage inside the campus so we will not carry all of the books all the time.

My Mother is planning to move to another house again because she wants a bigger and comfortable place to live at here in Metro Manila. We saw a condo unit here in Sampaloc Manila and find it good. It is a two-story house with two rooms. I am not sure if Mom will get it or we will find another one. For me that is a wonderful and lovely place but the problem is the flood. We all know that the area is prone to floods during rainy seasons. Mom is also planning a lot of things after we move their. She is planning to buy some chandeliers for lighting of the house and we will buy some home decoration and will treat the house like ours.
