Ruffa Guitierrez and Mr. Automated Cesar Flores of Smartmatic: Dating Issue

The title is kinda long but it says the main subject of the blog post. We all know that Ruffa Guiterrez is being linked to young actors like John Lloyd Cruz and the others. But I saw a photo of Ruffa with another man. I didn't know the man in the picture before until I did some research.

The above with Ruffa Guiterrez is no other than the man behind the Automated Election, the man behind the smartmatic, Mr. Cesar Flores.

This issue arises in TV Patrol but Ruffa denied it with some kilig factor. The photo was taken during the 36th birthday of Ruffa. Take note that Cesar Flores is also a 36 year old man. They must be close to each other because Ruffa invited him right? And they are textmates.=p I smell something fishy..=) What about you?
