Smart Broadband or simply Smart Bro just released their newest device named Smart Bro Power Plug-it. It's their newest broadband model where you can call any type of cellular phones via your laptop and of course with the help of SmartBro Power Plug-it! It enables user to view their load balance and Smart Bro number easily!

  • Usage fee: Pay per use. P10 for every 30 mins. Or avail of any usage package  (Unlisurf, Per Minute, Prepaid Lifestyle).
  • Freebies: Preloaded with 120 hours (valid for 5 days)

  • Speed: Up to 2 mbps
  • Lock-in Period    None
  • Application requirements: None

I am using power plug it and yah calling feature is pretty good and so with the autoconnect, but there seemed to be a problem with text messaging. you can send and see the message youve sent but when someone replies, you only hear the message sound but you cant see any notifications and any new message or any receive message.

  5. it works without problems.

    until this week, that is.. could be an issue with their network (random disconnections, and sometimes reconnect attempts are met with "Cannot Connect To Network, please try again later")

    honestly, i never had to put up with this shit when i got the Power Plug-It last September (save for some minor hiccups) .

    but i'll give it a chance. must be one of those random-ass connection bugs Smart gets sometimes.
