Magic IP slows down after typhoon Falcon

I hate to say this but magic IP here in my area became slower after the typhoon Falcon! If you don't know what magic IP is, it is an Internet Protocol that lets people surf the internet for free using their broadbands. 


Is it just me? I am from Manila and my connection sux!
