Manila, Philippines - What a sad news for the top Universities in Metro Manila for their ranking in QS World University Rankings drop severely. The University of the Phillippines is now rank 332 from 314 last year, Ateneo De Manila University now ranks 360 from 307 last year, De La Salle University is now in the rankings between 551-600 bracket from 451-500 bracket last year. The drop in their rankings happened under the government of Noynoy Aquino. They said that the cutting of funds for education greatly affects their rank in World Ranking.
